Countify allows users to create, manage, and track countdowns and event reminders. You may use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

All content and materials included in Countify, including but not limited to text, graphics, icons, and design, are the property of the developer and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the App.

4. User Content

Any countdowns, titles, or preferences you enter into the App remain on your device and are not shared or stored by us. You are solely responsible for the content you create using the App.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
  • Disrupt the functionality or security of the App

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding its availability, functionality, or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be held liable for any damages, data loss, or issues arising from the use of Countify. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
