At Countify, we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data when you use our mobile application ("App").

Countify does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. We do not use any analytics services, advertising networks, or third-party SDKs that track user behavior.

2. Personal Information

We do not require or request any personally identifiable information (PII) such as:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Location
  • Contact list
  • Device ID

3. Local Data Storage

All countdowns and user preferences are stored locally on your device. This means your data is private and cannot be accessed by us or anyone else unless the device itself is compromised.

4. Notifications

Countify uses local notifications to alert you about your countdown events. These notifications are triggered by your own scheduled input and are managed entirely on-device. We do not send or receive any data related to notifications.

5. No Internet Connection Required

Countify functions entirely offline. The app does not connect to external servers, and no data is uploaded or synced.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

As all data is stored on the user's device, you are in full control. Uninstalling the app will permanently delete all countdown data and preferences. There is no way for us to restore deleted data.

7. Children’s Privacy

Countify does not target or knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13. As no personal information is collected, the app complies with COPPA regulations by default.

8. Security

Although we do not collect data, we follow best practices to ensure your information remains safe on your device. We encourage users to protect their devices with passcodes and keep software up to date.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted here, and the “Last Updated” date at the top will be revised accordingly.
